The three examples are for shared hosting on Unix servers. Windows NT hosting is slightly higher in each case. Two other hosting services which offer packages similar to those above for under $8/month are HostRocket and Hostgator.

As for us, we are somewhat partial to IX Webhosting as we host 3 of our domains with them and will be moving this one to their servers in early 2007. This however is what works well for us at present....we are quite confident that any of the above hosts would work out just as well.
